Tracklist is a Chrome extension that helps recruiters save and track candidates found on LinkedIn. This page explains what data Tracklist handles and how.
When you click "Save to Pipeline" on a LinkedIn profile, Tracklist reads publicly visible information from that page — the candidate's name, headline, location, and profile photo — along with any notes or stage tags you add yourself.
All candidate data is stored locally in your own browser, using Chrome's built-in storage APIs. Tracklist does not operate a server or database. We never see, receive, or have access to your candidate list. It never leaves your device.
If you purchase Tracklist Pro and activate a license key, that key is sent to Gumroad's license verification API (gumroad.com) to confirm it's valid. This is the only network request Tracklist makes outside of LinkedIn itself, and it never includes any of your candidate data — only the license key you're activating.
You can delete any saved candidate at any time from within the extension. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes all locally stored candidate data permanently.
